6. SMS/MMS TERMS

By checking the separate SMS consent checkbox and submitting your telephone number, you expressly agree that Swift Sell Properties, LLC may send recurring SMS or MMS messages to the number you provided about available properties, buyer opportunities, appointment or inquiry follow-up, and related updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchasing, renting, financing, or receiving any property or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and will notify us if the number changes.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use our site or services unlawfully, submit false information, impersonate another person, scrape or copy content at scale, introduce malware, interfere with site operation, or misuse our forms or communications.
